Our Story
From prayerful beginnings to Divine Driven Purpose.
The DDPIM story began in January 2012 as Wives With A Purpose, also known as WWAP. In November 2012, the work evolved into Woman After God, known as WAG, and in March 2013 the calling expanded to support whatever woman identifies with.
Divine Driven Purpose International Ministries was registered on 23 August 2013, after more than a year of discovering its true calling under the senior leadership of Eng. Henry Butele and God's Amb. Joy Butele, with God's Amb. Joy Butele serving as God's Ambassador and Vision Bearer.
Based in Kyanja, Kampala, Uganda, DDPIM has continued as a family of believers committed to prayer, the Word of God, family restoration, discipleship, department fellowships, and compassionate community impact.
Led by God's Ambassador Joy Butele and Eng. Henry Butele, the ministry carries a strong mandate to Pray Together, Grow Together, and Do Christ Together known as the PTGT mandate which shapes everything from monthly service to midweek fellowship and community outreach.
